Oh, how to begin this!

I have been thinking on how to begin this BLOG and I have decided to start it with Connor's Summer Beginnings. How we eagerly want Summer to come! But, more for Connor, as he is so enticed by a buggy & creepy world all in our yard!  He has been so occupied by all the summer bugs starting with moths, spiders, ants, potato bugs, millipedes, spit bugs, earwigs, catching dragon flies & butterflies, and my worst fear of all, hand full of earth worms.  I'm sure there are more to list.....  He likes to swat flies but that job is mostly given to his other Great Grandpa Clem when he is around.  He finds such thrill in them. All such wonders for him but not when it comes  in my house....ugh (yeah, I had to catch a frog under his bed once and shoo out plenty of moths!).  Boys will be boys!  I'm amazed I got close enough to take a picture of these, "tanzy worms" the other day (thanks Great Grandpa Bob).  Will I ever get use to all these boy stuff? He is only 4 and how much more do I have to tolerate?  He's loved these things since he was 1 or 2 year old.  Well, at least he is learning a lot about them as we read about their habitats & food, etc. He knows so much more than me when it comes to those.  At least he can play for a long while out there.  Yeah, he even likes to feed ants to the spiders.  He helps out the spiders by putting them on the web.  Or helps feed ants  crumbs or pop.  And must he dig up the ant's dirt mounds full of...ewww..larvae ants and find other strange creatures under rocks!  Yes, I am supportive of him by quickly seeing what he finds in a distant and  it surprises me each time as my heart rate increases (I will screech for any creepy crawly thing worm like).  And yes, I do give him all the containers he wants and make holes.  I really do try like it doesn't bug me.  I'm not so good at pulling it off.  He can also  be easily distracted by Bugs & Creatures!

Here we go!

Another thing to fill my time!  But, I feel this is an important precious memory making!  Am new to blogging and please wish me luck. I'm looking forward to trying this.
